We hebben gezorgd voor meer daglicht, betere zichtlijnen, meer privacy en een rechtstreekse verbinding naar de royale achtertuin. Ook hebben we de plattegronden aangepast naar de exclusieve woonwensen van deze tijd. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan een keuken met kookeiland, een masterbedroom met directe toegang tot dressing en badkamer, een study annex logeerkamer en de mogelijkheid voor een tweede badkamer voor log\u00e9es. Tot slot hebben we het ontwerp zodanig aangepast dat alle appartementen over minimaal 2 terrassen of balkons beschikken.<\/p>\n<p>De appartementen op de 2e etage hebben we voorzien van een interne lift, een grote vide, veel dakkapellen en dakvensters en we hebben de loggia vergroot. Daarnaast zijn in het ontwerp van de achtertuin 2 priv\u00e9 terrassen opgenomen voor deze appartementen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hoe verliep de verkoop?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zeer voorspoedig. Al voordat de verkoop startte, was er zoveel animo dat we uiteindelijk hebben besloten bij inschrijving te verkopen. We hebben de verkoop zonder tussenkomst van de makelaar gedaan, omdat we geloven in direct contact. We kunnen rechtstreeks vragen beantwoorden en leren onze klant kennen. Hierdoor kunnen we optimaal gehoor geven aan hun wensen \u00e9n kunnen we pro-actief adviseren bij bijvoorbeeld aanpassingen aan het appartement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Klantwens centraal?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jazeker, samen met de optanten en de architect hebben we de appartementen nog verder aangepast aan de individuele wensen.
