De toekomstige bewoners van de circa 45 huurappartementen kunnen er hun luxe en comfortabele leven voortzetten met behoud van hun privacy, in een kleinschalige en veilige setting met gelijkgestemden. Mocht men in de toekomst behoefte hebben aan meer service- of zorgvoorzieningen, dan zijn die op de achtergrond aanwezig.<br \/>\n<strong>Wat is jullie visie?<\/strong><br \/>\nNamens Ban Bouw en Schakelring hebben wij het monumentale schoolgebouw uit de jaren 50 ontwikkeld naar de nieuwe functie van exclusief woongebouw met servicevoorzieningen. \u201cHet combineren van enerzijds die karakteristieke uitstraling met authentieke elementen en anderzijds de huidige woon- en service eisen, is een interessante uitdaging, maar maakt de opgave ook daarom zo bijzonder. Juist de historie die het gebouw nog uitademt, is een belangrijke reden waarom mensen hier graag willen wonen. Het spreekt dan ook voor zich dat we het gebouw zoveel mogelijk respecteren en alleen daar aanpassingen doen waar noodzakelijk. We vergroten de ramen zodat bewoners optimaal zicht hebben op het tegenoverliggende park en de straat, en van de andere zijde zijn de appartementen gericht op de 2 binnentuinen, waar de serviceruimtes en terrassen aan gelegen zijn. Elk appartement beschikt tevens over een priv\u00e9 buitenruimte.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\"
