In essentie ben ik nieuwsgierig in de wijze waarop de belangstelling van mensen in wonen, hun woonwensen sturen. Zodoende is het mijn ultieme doel om in projecten die marktbehoefte \u2013 vaak ook latent \u2013 te beantwoorden. In de meeste gevallen ben ik dan ook enthousiast over nichemarkten in het hogere prijssegment, waarbij ik geloof dat het waardevol zijn v\u00f3\u00f3r je klant, nog belangrijker is dan het aanbieden van waarde \u00e1\u00e1n je klant.<\/p>\n<p>Ik haal energie uit de groei van ons team van ervaren en zelfstandige professionals die Rezidenz maken tot wat het is. Ik houd van het klimaat van visie, gedrevenheid, eagerness, het afstand willen nemen van de standaard en wil om te winnen, omdat dat aanstekelijk werkt. Niet alleen voor onze klanten maar ook richting organisaties met wie we samen werken.<\/p>\n<p>Mijn hogere doel: het kunnen bouwen aan een bron voor welbevinden van mensen. In drie woorden samengevat: Building. Well.
